These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of ramvarna.com (the "Site") operated by RamVarna, under its parent company Elysion Softwares Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing the Site, browsing, using our services, or purchasing from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

3. No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer

Our products, including but not limited to healing crystals, money magnet lockets, bracelets, yantras, reiki or energy-based products, and other spiritual accessories, are intended for cultural and spiritual well-being purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, improvements, or effects through the use of these products. Usage is entirely voluntary and at the discretion of the customer.

RamVarna and its parent company do not provide any medical, financial, astrological, or psychological warranties or assurances regarding these products.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be made at checkout for the order to be confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed. Requests for cancellation will only be considered if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. RamVarna reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to product availability, technical issues, or compliance reasons.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship products only within India. We do not provide international shipping, and therefore no Import Export Code (IEC) is required for business operations at this time.

Delivery timelines provided on the Site are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, logistics issues, or regional constraints. Once dispatched, delays are outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, videos, and branding—is the intellectual property of RamVarna and Elysion Softwares Pvt. Ltd.. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Use at Your Own Will & Risk

Under no circumstances shall RamVarna’s total aggregate liability exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product purchased.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RamVarna and Elysion Softwares Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the products or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

RamVarna reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
