Thank you for shopping at RamVarna, a spiritual product store operated under Elysion Softwares Pvt. Ltd. We truly appreciate your trust in our offerings and your interest in the spiritual and devotional products we curate.
Our products do not guarantee any specific benefits or results. All usage is based on customer beliefs and discretion.
At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once the order has been placed and processed. This policy exists due to the nature of our products, many of which are spiritual, devotional, or sanctified items that are handled with care, charged with spiritual rituals, or intended for personal faith, worship, and cultural use. Returning such items would compromise their sanctity, hygiene, or value.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- In rare cases, cancellation before dispatch may be requested by writing to info@ramvarna.com, and we will consider it if shipping has not yet begun.
- Approved cancellations, if any, will receive store credit only.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
Due to spiritual, ritualistic, hygienic, and usage-related reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Spiritual idols and statues
- Yantras, Rudraksha, Tulsi products
- Pooja Samagri and ritual items
- Incense, dhoop, essential oils, powders, liquids
- Personal wearable spiritual products
- Spiritual books, images, calendars
- Customized or made-to-order products
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Cases
While we do not accept returns, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ramvarna.com with the following:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (mandatory for courier claims)
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Without evidence, courier insurance claims cannot be raised and we may not be able to assist.
If your claim is verified:
- We may ship a replacement if stock is available,
- Or provide store credit for the paid value,
- Or offer another resolution as deemed appropriate.
Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
4. Non-Delivery or Lost Package
If the courier partner marks the order as delivered but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery status. We will coordinate with the courier for investigation. This process may take 7–14 working days.
5. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Phone number
- Address and pincode
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply. No refunds will be provided for returned or RTO (return-to-origin) shipments.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our Return and Refund Policy.
