1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom, ritual products, or festival periods may require extra time.
2. Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery window after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Non-Metro: 5–10 business days
- Remote PINs: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive tracking details by SMS/Email/WhatsApp (if enabled)
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect
4. Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful:
- The package may return to us (RTO)
- Re-shipping charges will apply for dispatch again
No refunds are provided for RTO orders due to incorrect address or refusal by customer.
5. Packaging
We ensure secure and protective packaging for fragile spiritual products to reduce transit damage risks.
6. Order Modification
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
While rare, delays can occur due to:
- Weather, festivals, strikes, political issues
- Courier operational delays
- Remote location constraints
Lost package investigations may take 7–14 working days.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future, and the website will be updated accordingly once applicable IEC and compliance requirements are completed.
